STUDIO
Booking options remaining unconfirmed at 12:00 hrs, two working days
before may be removed without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw
bookings in favor of clients who are able to confirm. Cancellation of
confirmed bookings up to 24 hours prior to use 100% and up to 48 hours
prior to use 50%. Terms of payment on account are 15 days net.
DELIGHT STUDIOS do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any
goods whilst on the premises. We also cannot held liable for any
disruption to your shoot caused by a third party, nor can we be liable for
any loss or damage to equipment or items whilst in the studios.
For non account holders a down payment of 50% of studio fees and 100%
of equipment ordered must be settled prior to use.
EQUIPMENT
LIABILITY
1. DELIGHT STUDIOS is responsible for ensuring that the
equipment is in working order on receipt by the Costumer.
2. The Costumer shall handle the equipment with care and is
responsible for its supervision and regular maintenance prior to its return.
3. The Costumer is responsible for ensuring that rented equipment is
returned in the same condition as when it was rented.
4. Liability for the rented equipment passes to the Costumer when
he receives the equipment and reverts back to DELIGHT STUDIOS
when the equipment is returned.
5. If the equipment is lost or is returned in a defective condition,
DELIGHT STUDIOS shall ensure, unless otherwise agreed between
the parties, that the equipment is restored to its condition when originally
received by the costumer. DELIGHT STUDIOS shall subsequently charge
the Costumer for the excess amount and other costs incurred in restoring the
equipment. For such work carried out in-house, DELIGHT STUDIOS shall
charge the Costumer 450 SEK per hour.
6. If the equipment is lost or cannot be repaired and the equivalent equipment
is not available second hand, lost or damaged equipment shall be replaced
by the Customer at a cost equal to new equivalent equipment. Lost or defective
flash tubes must always be paid as new.
7. DELIGHT STUDIOS is liable to pay damages or costs which result from faults
in the rented equipment only if the fault occurred through any gross negligence
or deliberate action which can be ascribed to DELIGHT STUDIOS.
HANDLING
1. The Customer ensures that he, or any person he appoints in his place to handle
the rented equipment, has sufficient knowledge of how the equipment should
be used to prevent damage as a result of inappropriate use.
Note
All equipment rented through DELIGHT STUDIOS has to be fully insured by the renter.
Any damage or loss caused by the renter or his team has to be compensated
to DELIGHT STUDIOS.
Normal working day 08:00-19:00 hrs, Monday to Friday.
Overtime 06:00-08:00 hrs, 19:00-24:00 hrs.
Other hours by arrangement.
